A 1901 census entry for a Harriet Jones, born in Penge, married to Walter G. Jones is probably NOT Harriett Wootton since FreeBMD suggests a different maiden name for the Harriett on the same page as Walter G. Jones. Will keep info in file.

A 1901 census entry for a Harriet Burles, born in Penge (abt 1869), married to Philip Burles is also a candidate. Marriage is not in FreeBMD so would need to be confirmed first with birth certificate for daughter Irene:
