Zero Cloud is a scalable, customizable, system that will help prevent zero day attacks in cloud infrastructures.
Cloud computing has become an increasingly important and common solution for managing many business processes. However, this rise in popularity has in turn caused cloud architectures to be targeted by malicious actors. Additionally, many current cloud infrastructures that are used by companies and organizations are vulnerable to zero day attacks which threaten the applications that they trust to be run on these platforms. The Zero Cloud project aims to eliminate that risk and make sure that this infrastructure can operate securely. This project will use many different technologies to create the necessary components which will operate together to form the architecture. These components will allow for the scaling of custom services to be run on top of the architecture, securely communicating with only the parts of the system that have been pre-determined by the user. Services will run in their own protected “Containers” with encrypted traffic traveling in and out of them.
