Authors of regular and short papers are required to submit an abstract of approximately 150-200 words by February 4, 2013 at 11:59 pm EST.
Other than the tutorial and panel submissions, authors must select the
track (analytics, systems, and human factors) and three or more topics
in the Topics section in addition to three or more keywords. The

The online submission system is hosted by EasyChair Conference
System. If you don't have an EasyChair account, please create one
and then logon to make your submission.
IEEE Proceedings Templates Submission file format is PDF. Full paper
manuscripts must
be in English with a maximum length of 10 pages for a regular paper or 6 pages for a short paper (using
the IEEE two-column template). Submissions should include the title,
author(s), affiliation(s), e-mail
address(es), and abstract on the first page. The authors who wish to present a demo may submit a 4 pages paper,
which, if selected, will appear in Proceedings.
