Bitmap index-
Entity Relationship Diagram-	modelling technique used for on-line transactional processing database systems. Models the database as a series of entities and their relationships.

Denormalization-	Normalization is a process to design a highly desirable relational schema using functional dependencies. Tables are decomposed based on functional dependencies. Helps minimize redundancy to avoid update anomalies. Denormalization is the process of merging back together decomposed tables.
