Moorhouse gives date and place of birth as 22 April 1832, Broughton Hackett, Worcester but census records show her born in Wymeswold and Wymeswold parish records show baptism on 1 May 1832. What Ann was doing in B-H isn’t clear -- possibly a servant? But there is no Ann Wootton (with spelling variants) of the right age in Worcestershire in the 1851 census.
