Scholarships

The College of Computing & Informatics is NO longer accepting Scholarship Applications for the 2013-2014 Academic Year.
Once the scholarships have been awarded, the recipients will be notified.

All students and applicants interested in other forms of financial aid (loans, university grants, etc.), or those with questions/concerns about their financial aid package, should contact the Drexel Central Office or call 215-895-1600.  (Note: Graduate students do not receive "financial aid packages" but can contact the Financial Aid Office to apply for graduate student loans. To receive graduate student loans you must file a FAFSA.)

Students with billing questions/concerns or those wanting payment plan information should contact the Drexel Central Office, as should those with questions about the undergraduate installment payment plan or the Employer-Assisted Tuition Deferred Payment Plan.

The Drexel Fellowships Office supports students across the University in their applications for competitive national and international fellowships. The Office is available for one-on-one appointments and helps students create strong applications through intensive individual advising and support. For more information and upcoming fellowship deadlines, please visit the Drexel's Fellowships Office website or send an email to fellowships@drexel.edu.

As always, please feel free to e-mail Brenda Sheridan with any questions.

Selection and Award Process

Applications are accepted via the CCI Scholarship Web form. The CCI Scholarship Committee (comprised of CCI faculty) reviews all applications and makes all award recommendations, which are then approved/denied by the CCI Dean. The committee also decides the amount of each award, unless otherwise specified by the donor. Award amounts vary based on program level.

Once awardees are identified, award offer letters are sent out to all recipients. The recipients must sign and return the offer letters to receive the awards. All awardees must submit (to CCI) proof of enrollment for the term the scholarship is awarded. CCI then instructs the Drexel University Office of Financial Aid to apply the awards to student accounts.

All awardee names are posted on the CCI Scholarship Web page.
