Undergraduate Advisors

Your undergraduate Advisor is available to you for questions about registration, program planning and progression, and any other academic or administrative concerns. If your advisor cannot help you, they will direct you to someone that can. Please allow one business day for a response from your advisor, although during high traffic times such as the first few weeks of the term and registration, the response time may be longer.

You will find your assigned academic advisor below:

Advisor Appointments

If, after e-mailing your advisor, you need to meet in person, but no walk-in hours fit into your schedule, you may make an appointment by calling the CCI receptionist at 215-895-2474. Or you may stop by 306 Rush Building and speak to the receptionist directly. You must be on time due to tightly booked appointments. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled.

Student/Advisor Responsibilities

As a student at CCI, the faculty and staff are committed to providing you with services and support needed for your academic career. However, please keep in mind that, as a student, it is your responsibility to maturely manage your studies and to closely adhere to the student/advisor responsibilities in the coming years.

Advising Help (During Registration)

To better serve you, during the first week of registration, it is best to contact your Advisor via email using your Drexel email account. Be sure to include your name and your University ID in your email message. There is generally a high volume of requests during registration and your email will be answered in the order it was received.

During non-registration times, your Advisor will respond to your email and phone messages within 24 business hours.
